Remember to give to those in need this holiday season.
Holyoke Mall and The Salvation Army have teamed up to #FightForGood this holiday season to bring hope to neighbors in need in our community. Your gift makes all the difference in bringing hope struggling families this time of year. Volunteers from the Salvation Army will be at various entrances of the mall accepting donations during the holiday season, Monday through Saturday from 12pm to 7pm. You can also donate now by texting “HOLYOKEMALL” to 41444 or by clicking here. All contributions will benefit the local Salvation Army.
The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program provides new clothing and/or toys for children. The tree is decorated with numbered paper angel tags with the first name, age and gender of a child who will receive the gift. Contributors remove one or more tags from the tree and purchase appropriate gifts for the child or children described on the tags. The toys are then delivered to the unit and later picked up by the parent to distribute to the child/children on Christmas Day. The Angel Tree is located on the Upper Level in Honor Court.
Don’t get wrapped up in holiday stress. Have your holiday shopping wrapped up and support a worthy cause at the same time! Volunteers from the Holyoke Visiting Nurse Association are located on the Upper Level near Target on Fridays – Sundays throughout the holiday season. Hours may vary. Gift wrap proceeds benefit the Visiting Nurse Association of Holyoke. You may also purchase an ornament for the tree in memory of a loved one to benefit Hospice Life Care.
Join the American Cancer Society on Saturday, December 14th from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm on the Upper Level near Target for their Relay For Life fundraiser. Stop by their table and speak with a volunteer for more information on how to support this event and how and your family can get involved!

Vet Air will be collecting monetary donations and distributing information about their organization at their table from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm on the Upper Level near Target. Proceeds will help Vet Air provide transportation to hospitals for Vets in need of medical care.

Melha Shriners will be selling teddy bears from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm on the Upper Level near Target. Each time Bear is purchased, 20% of the proceeds are donated directly to Shriners to help them continue their critical services.
