Holyoke Mall Announces Phased Expansion of Operating Hours
— Steady increases in traffic, vaccination rollout and pent-up customer demand behind phased approach to expanded hours —
Holyoke, MA – Effective Friday, April 23, 2021, Holyoke Mall will begin a phased expansion of its hours of operation:
PHASE 1: Beginning April 23, 2021
- Monday – Saturday:
- Open at 10:00 a.m.
- Thursday – Saturday:
- Close at 9:00 p.m.
- (No change in current closing time on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday in Phase 1)
- Sunday:
- 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
PHASE 2: Beginning June 28, 2021
- Monday – Saturday:
- Close at 9:30 p.m.
- Sunday:
- 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
“Given the steady increases in traffic we are seeing at Holyoke Mall, combined with increased vaccination rollout, and pent-up customer demand for more venues to be open earlier and later in the day, we are excited to begin ramping back to regular operating hours in the coming days,” said Lisa Wray, Marketing Director, Holyoke Mall at Ingleside.
Guests are reminded that restaurant and entertainment venues may continue to offer extended hours into the evening and are encouraged to call ahead to confirm a specific venue’s hours of operation or visit the center’s online directory here.
The expansion of hours has also created a number of available open positions at many Holyoke Mall venues. Currently, Holyoke Mall is hosting a special “Get Hired!” job fair to help fill over 150 part- and full-time positions through May 2, 2021. Job seekers can visit holyokemall.com/jobs for a list of available positions or scan the QR code in the windows of venues that are hiring to link directly to the employment page. In many instances, interested candidates can apply for jobs directly from their smart phone. Other stores will have signs indicating applications are available inside of the store and candidates can apply on site.
