CHICKEN NOW TO OPEN AT HOLYOKE MALL

HOLYOKE, MA- Holyoke Mall is excited to announce the start of construction for Chicken Now, a fast-casual eatery, in Café Square.
Chicken Now offers a fresh and exciting menu which is cooked to order with the highest quality of ingredients and service. According to the company, “Our chicken fingers are unlike the rest simply because they are high quality all white meat chicken fingers that are never frozen and marinated at least 24-hours before being served.”
The menu features sandwiches, health-conscious wraps, freshly made salads, crispy wings, and tenders as well as nachos, quesadillas, and savory sides.
“We understand that not everyone has time to have a sit-down meal while visiting the center,” said Holyoke Mall General Manager, Bill Rogalski. “Chicken Now allows guests to have a quick meal without compromising the fresh, made to order aspect they love about traditional dining.”
The restaurant is set to open in the spring of 2019.
