About Westfield Homeless Cat Project: The Westfield Homeless Cat Project (WHCP) is a non-profit, private, self-sustaining No Kill cat shelter dedicated to rescuing, providing medical attention, and finding forever homes for abandoned cats and kittens in Westfield and the surrounding communities.
