Go to whereissanta.com, choose photo package and book your Santa photo experience. After you complete your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email with additional information.

Can I reschedule my reservation?

You can reschedule your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your reserved time by clicking MANAGE YOUR RESERVATION in your confirmation email.

What photo packages are available?

You can choose from three photo packages online or onsite after your Santa visit. If you’re unsure which package to select when you book your reservation at whereissanta.com, you can choose Reserve Now & Decide Later to secure your date and time and decide the photo package at checkout after your Santa experience.

Are reservations required?

Reservations are strongly encouraged but not required. Walk-up guests are welcome to visit Santa as availability permits.
